No grooming was performed on Christmas Eve and Christmas. Our volunteers took a well-deserved break to spend time with their families. Our plan is to groom Swancott Mills and Highmarket trails overnight tonight and groom all four trail sections Saturday (Swancott Mills, Highmarket, West Leyden and CVille).
Yes, we did experience some mechanical issues earlier in the week, but we do have three of four groomers in operation. We have some weld repairs to perform on one groomer and complete the reassemble of the fifth groomer. Temperatures today are expected to be high of 20 degrees today and 25 degrees tomorrow with a forecast of 4 to 5 inches of snow. ​
​​Don't forget, if you need clothing, parts, maintenance on any of your equipment, take the short trip to Power Sports of Utica and tell them STH sent you.
